Preparing for IPO Shanghai-based semiconductor equipment manufacturer focused on R&D and production of PECVD and PVD systems used in IC fabrication, OLED display manufacturing, and solar cell production.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Customer Success:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle: lead generation, opportunity qualification, deal negotiation, and contract finalization (VPA/packages).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-tier stakeholders, including procurement, process engineers, and executive sponsors.
- Track and align with customer technology roadmaps, budgets, and expansion plans.
Internal Alignment & Program Delivery:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, service, R&D) to ensure proper system configuration and resource planning.
- Drive the successful deployment and evaluation of beta systems, pilot programs, and production ramp-up support.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience in semiconductor capital equipment, ideally with PECVD/PVD tools.
- Familiarity with IC front-end manufacturing or advanced packaging ecosystems.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 3 last years in semiconductor capital equipment with customer-facing responsibilities
- Technical Focus: Strong understanding of PECVD systems; familiarity with PVD technologies is a plus.
- Seniority: Director-level or above preferred.
