Preparing for IPO Shanghai-based semiconductor equipment manufacturer focused on R&D and production of PECVD and PVD systems used in IC fabrication, OLED display manufacturing, and solar cell production.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies focused on market penetration, key account development, and revenue achievement.
- Develop compelling, ROI-driven value propositions and competitive positioning for PECVD and PVD product lines.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product Group (PG), R&D, and Sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
- Manage complex projects from SOW to RFQ and Joint Development Programs (JDP), ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Business Case Development:
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, scorecard analysis, and customer capacity planning (VPA).
- Translate customer process requirements into actionable business cases to guide R&D enhancements (CIP).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment, with a focus on PECVD/PVD systems.
- Proven success in B2B business development or technical sales within IC fabs, OLED display manufacturers, or solar industries.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen to interface between customer needs and engineering teams.
- Experience: Minimum 3 last years in semiconductor capital equipment with customer-facing responsibilities (IC fab or advanced packaging preferred).
- Technical Focus: Strong understanding of PECVD systems; familiarity with PVD technologies is a plus.
- Seniority: Director-level or above preferred.
