JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities (Example):
1. Fully responsible for the development of ESP/integrated iBooster electronic control system, including control strategy development, hardware design, performance matching, etc.
2. Responsible for brake system functional safety analysis, test case design and software FMEA analysis, product optimisation;
3. Responsible for ESP/integrated iBooster electronic control system requirements analysis, functional architecture construction, control strategy development, etc.
4. Responsible for ESP/integrated iBooster and brake system new technology research and matching, and complete the establishment of processes and specifications;
5. Responsible for test equipment development, software and hardware test verification;
6. Responsible for the theoretical calculation of electronic control, model construction and the collection of the required test parameters;
7. Responsible for analyzing ESP/integrated iBooster system faults and writing test cases from software;
8. Responsible for team training and knowledge deposition;
9. Other work arranged by the leadership.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;
2. Professional: related majors in vehicle engineering, automotive electronics, etc.;
3. Qualifications of work: The benchmark company has more than 10 years of experience in the development of ESP/integrated iBooster electronic control system, with strong organizational and coordination capabilities;
4. Skill requirements:
Job skills:
1 Independently develops software and hardware of ESP/integrated iBooster system, and independently solves on-site and test problem emergencies;
2 With solid ESP/integrated iBooster system, calibration, test theory and practical experience, with on-site technical quality problems analysis and rectification capabilities;
3 Can assist the quality department in analyzing and rectifying after-sales problems.
Tool skills:
1 Proficient in or familiar with control software such as c language, Matlab/Simulink;
2 Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA): Familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanisms in the product design process, and can propose corresponding prevention programs.
