A solid US based, multinational public company designs, manufactures, markets semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits.
Responsibilities
1. In charge of process support and installation of etching tools at customer sites.
2. Hardware definition and process development for new opportunity/applications
3. Design and complete experiments to collect data and generate reports ·
4. Response for customer site issues/abnormity/request/data analysis/tool configuration and provide conclusion/solutions.
5. Take over customer meeting/visit/conference call to understand requirement and issue, translate customer requirement/issue to action or request to product group and provide solutions.
6. Lead the team 10+ / manage and train engineers for both technical skill and non-technical
7. Cover the clients, required travelling
8. Product Management, Technical Sales, Customer Support, Process and Hardware Development, Training and Recruiting
9. To enhance productivity and cost savings through maintenance schedule optimization, second source vendor qualifications, and waste elimination.
10. Equipment installation & set-up, maintenance, problem solving, hardware, software & process issue analysis, hardware retrofit and upgrade.
Skills and requirements:
1. Relevant etch process experience in semiconductor industry
2. Proven track record of executional and management experience
3. Master degree or above preferred
4. Fluency in written and oral English
5. A good team player and Good communication skill
6. Able to travel
