3. CANDIDATE INTERVIEW AND PRESENTATION:
Candidates are selected through CV screenings, telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews. Only the most qualified candidates may be presented to the client, or the client may choose to review all assessments. In close coordination with the client and candidates interviews are organised ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
4. CANDIDATE SELECTION AND PRESENTATION OF OFFER:
We help the client work through the decision-making process, but the final decision ultimately rests with the client. The client shares with the consultant all interview feedback, which the consultant use understand how to assist the client and candidate better in future steps.
