Job Title: Sales Manager (EMEA)

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and building lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies across the EMEA region.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to achieve targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand regional trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the UHMWPE or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA markets and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Materials, or related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region.
