Work related to: Mechanical Design, Optic, Electronics, Software, Laser application
Core Tasks:
- Build a new Development Team Shanghai
- Support local production, purchase, customers
- Support R&D transfer from germany to china
- Development of products for the local market
- Close cooperation with German Development
- Lead the development team in our Shanghai office
- Responsible for the technical support and further development of the local product portfolio as well as the new developments for the local market
- Work in interdisciplinary product development team
- Work closely with our development department in Germany
Requirements
- Experience in the development of products for mechanical and plant engineering
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and cross department collaboration
- Relevant experience in constructive, electronic and software-related issues in product development
- Preferably have a technical or scientific university degree
- Experience in industrial projects, work in a customer and result oriented manner
- Strong managing experience
- Lead by being a role model for colleagues and employees, able to motivate and inspire team spirit
- Able to travel
- English and Chinese language
