A solid US based, multinational public company designs, manufactures, markets semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits.

We are looking for a results-driven, motivated individual to join as Sr. Manager of Products Development Center / Customer Support. You'll take responsibility for a key part of Dry Etch R&D ensuring development and improvement of the products.
 
The R&D Manager is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the department and its financial performance.
Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols and overseeing the development of new products
 
Major responsibilities:

• participate in the formulation of the Dry Etch product strategic development plan and organize the implementation
• building and management of R&D team, develop R&D system and lead all R&D related activities
• making the market research, formulating the annual working plan and the Dry Etch product development roadmap, controlling the R&D process,
• Communicate and coordinate the internal and external resources to drive R&D work and deliverables on time
• As the head, play the key role to bridge efficient communicate between local RD center and oversea

 
Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in semiconductor industry plasma product development
• Solid knowledge in plasma, Dry Etch …
• Chinese and English language
