JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities：
• Product introduction to the customer
• Product expert through hands-on experience in product development
• Developing/delivering product marketing and technology presentations
• Well versed on process integration and process technology trends and issues
• Building relationship with technical managers on the customer side
• Win customer trust as technical expert/leader
• Learn customer technology roadmap and schedule
• Understand product position with technical strength
• Understand competition with technical and commercial weakness
• Align with Account team for the overall penetration strategy
• Align with Account team for the execution tactics
• Monitor closely the program progress and potential issue
• Align with BU on progress and issues to develop follow-up plan
• Manage the situation change and adjust strategy properly
• Support install base performance enhancement
• In addition to the day-to-day managerial function, the role will incorporate strategic and policy development aspects that will have medium term consequences on the operation of the function and perhaps impact elements of organization performance.
Requirements：
• At least 10+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of Thin film deposition systems
• Good communication skill with customer R&D, Manufacturing & Purchasing understanding technology and the Products.
• English and Chinese communication skills
• Phd. in an engineering discipline is preferred
