JOB DESCRIPTION
Engineering leader with strong electrical engineering background.
Manage 7 engineers
Responsibility:
• Manage design, development…, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, com-ponents or integrated circuitry for semiconductor equipment.
• Determines design approaches and parameters.
• Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
• Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reli-ability.
• May also review vendor capability to support product development.
• Collaborate with site FSE, FPE and oversea developer on continued improvement programs (CIP) for established process.
• Work closely with FSE, FPE and customers to solve electrical issues, and drive problems solving.
Qualification:
• Semi product experience
• RD experience
• Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field
• Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
• Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
• Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades oth-ers, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
• Must be flexible in changing working priorities and working hours to support business need.
• Qualifications Education: Bachelor's

• AutoCAD, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Electrical Wiring
• Design cables to interface to various equipment using Auto Cad. Assign part num-bers, create BOM's, write purchase requests using SAP.
• Able to Draw system interconnects using Auto Cad
• Design system power distribution panels and Negotiate pricing with panel builder
• Work with marketing to quote and provide customer specials
• Visit customer sites to support field engineers
• Design test fixtures for manufacturing to improve system cycle times.
• Semiconductor Capital Equipment Development is a PLUS, for example :
• Rapid Thermal Processing
• Low Vacuum RTP
• Low Pressure Annealing
• Millisecond Anneal (flash RTP)
