Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing and managing China field service and in-house repair service operations.
- Lead and manage China Service Team to achieve yearly business target with the establishment of scientific performance measuring and evaluation metric.
- Continuously improve the working process to ensure the operational excellence and cost saving.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the both in-house service and field service. Conducts the coordination of technical and administrative activities. Ensures procedures and methods are followed, and adequate records are well maintained.
- Timely respond to critical issues and customer complaints. Seek and dispatch local and global resources to better resolve the problem.
- Conduct effective communications with business units and related functions.
- Maintain timely and accurate report to measure and present the working status of the function.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the China Service Staff to ensure team’s talent development and create an energizing and high performance team culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree and 5 years above of related experience.
- Recorded experience in leading service function to achieve efficient operations and customer satisfaction, in both field and in-house repair service.
- Solid knowledge background and experience in least one of the fields: Laser, Optics, Photonics, Optoelectronics, Electronics, Motion Control, Analytical Instruments.
- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity and conflict.
- Working experience in multinational working environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
