Job Description
· Responsible of all power module manufacturing including PIMs, IPMs with primary focus on automotive HEV/EV and industrial power modules
· Key focus on high reliability and high-volume manufacturability
· Best-n-class cost structure to ensure competitiveness and profitability
· Collaborate with supply chain organization for supplier development & qualification enabling technology and cost
· Work with FE/BE technology development organizations to coordinate improvements in silicone and packaging technologies to achieve target goals
Requirements
· BSEE, 15+ years of experience in power module development & manufacturing. MSEE or PhD is preferred.
· 10+ years of experience with a top semiconductor module manufacturer.
· In-depth knowledge of IGBTs/MOSFETs and WBG technologies and their use in power modules
· Experience working with Tier 1 customers, Sales, FAE, Business Units, Technology Development, Technical marketing & packaging development in a matrix organization
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
There are 4 MUST factors the candidate must have:
1. High power Module experience (>=600);
2. Power Silicon;
3. Power Assembly;
4. Power Test.
