Responsibility:

• Tier 1 hardware installation procedure and troubleshooting
• Handle tool installation/sustain independently

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, Materials/Physics/Chemistry/Mechanics major related
• More than 2 years LAM dry etch tool hardware experience is required
• Experience in Kiyo / FLEXs series tool type
• Oversea background in major foundry / Memory fab is preferred.
• Familiar with Tier 1 hardware installation procedure and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
• Capable to handle tool installation / sustain independently
• Willingness for frequency travel or periodical relocation.
