As a Product Manager, you will be heavily involved in the critical stages of product development and are primarily responsible for bringing a new product to market.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. R&D and Product Development: Lead development of product strategy and technology roadmap and together with the R&D engineering teams, ensure the successful technological development and deployment of products which meet forecasted customer needs and MNC' product strategies/goals
2. Product Positioning and Lifecycle Management: As an expert in customer & industry technology roadmaps, ensure that MNC' market position is optimized for each product trough management of a go-to-market strategy.
3. Marketing and Customer Engagement: Acquire market and business intelligence to determine MNC’ competitive position and provide relevant product and marketing support to appropriate departments especially the direct sales force. Develop marketing plan for MNC' products and services and participate in a synergistic customer account engagement approach for market penetration.
4, Manufacturing & supply chain: Ensure that manufacturing and other groups are supplied with accurate, timely information for planning build schedules.
Job Specifications
Knowledge:
· Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and willing to broaden capabilities.
· Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and technical skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work with diverse groups within/outside the company (R&D, technology, marketing, manufacturing, sales, finance and customers)
· Able to understand complex information and communicate it effectively to others
· Excellent project management skills
· Strong business and financial acumen
· Willing to travel.
Education and Experience:
· Min BS / BEng level degrees in science, technology or engineering fields;
· 3 -5 years experience in technical and product marketing / management
· Engineers/ Technologists with strong business acumen and experience with customer engagements will also be considered
