Primary Responsibility:
Directs the planning, implementation, and/or administration of human resources programs for a division or site which may include employment, responding to employee relation issues, immigration, equal employment practices, organizational development, administers the Company’s annual performance and salary review process and affirmative action. Advises managers, supervisors, and employees in interpretation and application of company human resources policies and procedures; serves as liaison and provides technical expertise to resolve human resources related issues. Manages the day-to-day activities at the division or site. Responds to inquires regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Scope: Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates with the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
Job Complexity: Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
Discretion: Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will add to costs and may impact the short-term goals of the organization.
Interaction: May interact with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often may lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Supervision: Manages, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. In some instances this manager may be responsible for a functional area and not have any subordinate employees.
Experience & Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Requires 5-7 years of related experience.

Additional description information Provides general administrative supports including G&A, legal, HR, office management, company events, but not limited any other functions. Requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Sometimes. handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of Sr. Management staff and/or inside/outside individuals. Keeping company documents for legal & management. If needed, prepares presentation materials for meetings related legal or general management related. Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Also responsible for preparing of company events with allocated budget. Requires a professional certification or equivalent experience in working with G&A management and senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors, and other executives.
This position holder reports to the Country General Manager.
