This MNC is an international provider of instruments, and spectra of products and solutions used in advanced manufacturing in semiconductor, solar, defence, food, medical and other industries.
Position Summary
The position reports to the VP HR.
They are to act as an independent contributor responsible for China, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea & Japan regions.
It can be located in Shanghai or Shenzhen.

Position Summary
The position reports to the VP HR.
They are to act as an independent contributor responsible for China, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea & Japan regions.
It can be located in Shanghai or Shenzhen.
Responsibility:
- Conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, review salary structures, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
- May be responsible for incentive, stock option and bonus plan design and administration.
- Maintains a working knowledge of deferral and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits.
- Monitors and evaluates the companies benefit programs including: retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies.
- Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs.
- Negotiates coverage services and costs with carriers. Also responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred work experience in compensation consulting firm, such as Mercer, Aon Hewitt…
- Knowledge of C&B market data in Asia, including China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan.
- Client-service oriented, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Ability to analyze data and see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.
- Spreadsheet skills and familiarity with other statistical packages.
- Written and verbal communications skills.
