Recruitment - Team Leader Talent Acquisition Partner
Provides input for C&B
Business Partner
· As the strategic business partner to the Leadership
· Drive the systemic organizational and people strategies
· Closely aligns HR programs, processes and initiatives to the business strategy
· Understand the businesses, coach and advise business partners to facilitate organization change
· Champion culture through driving key associate engagement, diversity and inclusion programs
· Lead the organization through the transition and integrate new business models
Recruiting/Talent Acquisition:
Talent Management:
· Know the talents, manage top talent retention, ensure organizational effectiveness and leadership capabilities
· Ensure a talent pipeline and build the next generation of leaders through talent management programs
· Implement robust talent identification, assessment and development processes
· Build the capability of all people managers in the area of talent development and performance management
· Insures succession planning & targeted development plans are implemented for the senior leadership teams
Learning and Development:
· Work with Talent Management partners to identify and implement solutions to address key gaps in leadership, functional and technical capabilities
· Ensure all new hires receive appropriate on-boarding on core values, leadership model, key stakeholders, and culture
· Drive Leadership development including assessment and development of leadership bench strength
Associate Relations:
·Proactively manage people risks and participates in resolving associate relations issues to protect the Company against litigation and unlawful termination
·Serve as an expert in human resources issues, counseling management, serving as both an associate advocate and management representative.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits partners to ensure accurate and timely administration of complex compensation processes
· Drive pay for performance culture and year end compensation
· Understand our competitor practices and market data, in order to influence compensation strategy to maintain competitive compensation and benefit schemes across the region
Work Experience:
· (Preferred) Degree in HRM with 10 + years HR experience in talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, training and development and HR business partnership
· Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in China
· Demonstrated ability to lead the HR function in diverse organizations with multiple reporting relationships
· Has strategic thinking with strong business acumen and HR functional knowledge
· Proven ownership and accountability for business success and demonstrates intellectual curiosity to learn the business, coupled with a sense of urgency
· Strong facilitation capability and executive presentation skills
· Strong consultative skills and ability to resolve conflict effectively
· Bi-Lingual in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Communication:
· Express ideas clearly and concisely (and backed with facts)
· Project confidence, commanding attention across multiple audiences
· Provide feedback effectively and communicate difficult messages and yet be sensitive and supportive

- Working as China Talent Acquisition Lead you will understand business priorities
- Partner closely with the Recruiting partners on recruiting strategy, candidate targeting, and offer approval
- Partner with Recruiting partners to develop and execute a manpower planning and talent acquisition strategy, landing new upstream sourcing capabilities and diverse talents
Talent Management:
· Know the talents, manage top talent retention, ensure organizational effectiveness and leadership capabilities
