Main responsibility
- Actively research, identify, pursue and develop new sales prospects to maximize revenue.
- Work with and focus on developing business relationship and opportunities for key customer account
- Responsible for realizing sales/business targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis
- Collaborate with cross departmental teams within the organization to develop successful sales strategies for key customer with the objective of driving growth.
- Provide feedback to marketing team or country/regional management on competitive price situations and competitors’ position in the respective territories.
- Monitor and control selling activities, order developments, pricing strategies, payments.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with ability to handle multi level relationship
- Possess a successful track record of scheduling business development meetings through to contract negotiation.
- Timely submission of meaningful sales calls \ reports to sales director
- At least 8 years business oriented job experiences, Sales/Marketing on semiconductor industry is preferred,
- Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined.
- Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel (60%~70%) of working time
- Fluency in English both oral and written (at least 7/10)
- Good at Microsoft Office Tools.
- Needs to understand culture of semi-conductor business and manufacturing process
- Technical background with business sense,
