FUNCTION: Country Sales Leader
Reporting to: Semi-Segment Sales Manager
LOCATION: China (Shanghai, Pudong)

Main responsibility
- Help segment sales manager to set up accounts and handle many of the larger/key accounts, making sure, customers are pleased with the product of service.
- Ensure overall business profitability and efficient operations, exploring and implementing all feasible business opportunities.
- Carry out sales activities within specific regions.
- Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded.

Tasks
- Implement and achieve the commercial targets and objectives.
- Submit monthly reports on results and market conditions to Segment Sales Manager
- Make appropriate analysis of the market and competitors
- Track and feedback on key customer requirements and expectations
- Maintain key clients to find new opportunities
- Continue to develop potential customers
- Promote and introduce new and existing products
- Follow Segment Sales Manager’s instructions
Requirements
- Technical background with business sense. Chemical background will be a plus.
- At least 8 years relevant working experience in related industries (e.g. tool, component or material provider in Semiconductor-Industry)
- Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on his/her own, initiative while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to travel (60%~70%) of working time
- Needs to understand culture of semi-conductor business and manufacturing process
- Can-do attitude and team work spirit
- Proactive attitude
