Position/Title: Logistics Supervisor - SEMICONDUCTORS
Job Location: SHENZHEN
The position is reporting to AP/AR Supervisor.
The second manager is the accounting manager.
The department head is Financial Controller.

Primary Responsibility:
1. Oversees and manages logistics activities and related systems information in a manufacturing or services environment.
2. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services; inventory control; or critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products from place of origin to point of delivery, third-party warehousing, and shipping/receiving activities.
3. Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints.
4.Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories. Interacts with vendors and peers in Service, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance, and Product Development personnel to optimize systems and procedures.
5.Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Experience & Education:
l Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in planning, coordinating and scheduling production operations.
l Minimum of 5 years related experience.
l Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
l High integrity, good team player with a strong work ethic.
l Working experience in global company or have CPIM / APICS certifiers are preferred.
l Good command in written and spoken English
