Location: Pudong, Chuansha Town, Shanghai
We are looking for a willing to work and good attitude Mechanical Engineer.
Job Description
• Conduct conceptual design studies and creation of all design-relevant information such as specifications, material data, parts lists, assembly instructions and drawings.
• Manage mechanic drawing documents in our document management system.
• Conduct product retrofit design to fit into customer's requirements.
• Support and work closely with local sales team, field service engineers, purchasing and manufacturing.
• Have a permanent consideration for cost control, reliability, availability, safety, achievement of lead time.
• Perform technical trainings for both external entities (customers, end-users) and internal ones (production, after sales).
• Deal with technical issues even after commercial running has started (retrofits).
• Solve complex problems with production engineering and manufacturing department, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
• Finish other work assigned by line manager.
Requirements
• Solid Works and CAD experience
• You enjoy working independently in a team; you are motivated by flexibility and perseverance.
• With your open-minded and communicative nature, you can work flexibly and successfully in interdisciplinary teams.
• You are diligent in thinking and willing to innovate.
• As a talent for organization, you can keep a cool head even in hectic times.
• You have business fluency in spoken and written English.
