As a vertically integrated company we design, develop, and manufacture our product portfolio of over 15,000 SKUs. Company was established in 2009, and is a fast growing center for sales, manufacturing, and R&D work.
The Microscopy Imaging Application Specialist is part of the microscopy imaging systems sales team for greater China. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical introduction, training, and problem solving for customers for MNC’ imaging systems, including confocal, multiphoton, optical tweezers, Optical Coherence Tomography and Cytometry systems. The candidate must have a solid understanding of optical imaging techniques, and significant hands-on experience with imaging microscopes and optical setups. Significant travel is required. Combined background in optics and life science preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Application Service应用服务:
- Conduct demonstrations on specified equipment and provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities
- 演示指定设备，在售前活动中提供专业技术服务
- Provides on-site instrument installation, maintenance and repair of hardware and software, including customer sites, tradeshows, and courses
- 提供现场仪器安装，软硬件维护和维修，包括客户所在地、商业展会和课程
- Provide training on MNC’s imaging products, and on techniques related to customer’s application.
- 提供与MNC成像产品以及关于客户应用的技术的相关培训。
- Work with sales to understand competing solutions in the market, and advantages/disadvantages of each
- 与销售一起工作，了解市场中具竞争力的解决方案，分析每个解决方案的利弊
- Author SOP and generate application specific technical content for use by sales and marketing (Application notes and tech briefs in chinese version) as requested.
- 按要求撰写SOP和供销售及市场部人员使用的专用技术内容（中文版的应用注释和技术简介）
- Sales Support 销售支持:
- Gives market feedback and participates in the development of the next product generation
- 给出市场反馈，参与下一代产品的开发
- Assist sales in understanding the customer’s specific needs and application.
- 帮助销售理解客户的特殊需求和应用
- Give product speech in seminar/academic meeting/tradeshow/customer meeting.
- 在研讨会/学术会议/商业展会/客户会议中进行关于产品的演讲
- Prepare comparative analysis document with competitive product and gather product relevant reference articles/thesis/nice result pictures to help product prove.
撰写与具有竞争力的产品的比较分析文档，收集产品相关的参考文献/论文/良好结果的图片，帮助证实产品性能。

- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on experience using, demonstrating, aligning, maintaining and servicing optical imaging equipment and optical systems
具备光学成像设备和光学系统的使用、演示、对准、维护和维修的实践经验 - Master or above in Engineering Technology, EE, Biomedical Science, Physics
工程技术、电子工程、生物医学科学、物理学的硕士学位或以上 - Combined background in optics and life science preferred.
同时具备光学及生命科学背景的候选人优先考虑。 - Ability to think and execute tasks independently
