LOCATION:       China (WUXI, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing)

Position: China Light and Motion Sales Director


Position Objective: Maximize sales of L&M products to customer within the territory.


Position Responsibility: 
  • Providing leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence and implementation of strategic business objectives.
  • Implement corporate objectives
  1. ​Sales objective
  2. Customer satisfaction objective
  3. Organization development objective
  4. Market share objective
  • Overseeing market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs, and defines vision, strategies and tactics to develop long-range strategic plans for business growth.
  • Support distributor in the region to achieve sales objectives.


Position Requirement:
  • 10+years of progressive management experience and the demonstrated ability to create new business within the photonics industry.
  • A proven ability to build and lead effective teams and experience in working with, motivating, and supporting direct sales people within a technology based company.
  • In-depth understanding of photonics technology and customer needs
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Good command of English.
  • Team player
