FUNCTION: Country Sales (Laser - OEM products)
LOCATION: China (Shenzhen)

Minimum Education Requirement: BS in Technical or Engineering Field.

Qualifications:

Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge which are required:
- Knowledge and experience in selling products to SCI customers that require photonics products.
- Understanding of and prior selling experience in laser products and related technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skill including excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to deliver sales results in line with targeted objective and perform tasks in line with deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment and provide timely and accurate follow-up inquiries.
- Self-starter with ability to organize and prioritize activities to create exceptional results. Contract and price negotiation skill is a must
- Dedication to achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a written territory business tactical plan. To implement the plan, the sales engineer/manager should be able to conduct following analysis.
- Sales analysis by account
- Current status by account
- Organization of the account
- Pick key and target account
- Set measureable goals
- Submit implementation plan
- implementation
- Daily Sales Activities to achieve the sales goal for the territory through following sales process
- Contact the potential customers
- Qualify the potential of the sales opportunities.
- Investigate these sales opportunities
- Present the proposal to the customers
- Close the orders
- Help to deliver after-sales support
- Execute the territory business tactical plan efficiently and effectively.
- Submit monthly order/sales forecast and win/loss reports
- Submit monthly opportunities report to Manager
- Help in establishing a customer data base to track laser sales leads
- Execute the territory Marcom activities in conjunction with Marcom specialist in Wuxi.
- Manage attendance at trade shows and conferences for laser product lines in the territory.
- Assist in executing the territory advertisement plan.
- Assist PLMs to execute new product launch plans in the territory.
- Assist in sending e-blast for laser products.
- Business Development for laser products to SCI customers in China. This includes developing market maps of serviceable available market and visiting prospects to identify and develop new sales opportunities working in conjunction with business unit.
