POSITION SUMMARY
We are searching for a motivated, result-driven Sales Manager to lead the Photonics sales department. This requires an understanding of what motivates customers to buy and knowing how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Photonics Sales and local sub distributors.

We are searching for a motivated, result-driven Sales Manager to lead the Photonics sales department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Photonics Sales and local sub distributors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess the strength and weakness of the sales team and manage the sales strategy/action plan accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales persons as they generate lead and close deals
- Monitor the sales activities across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint to penetrate new markets
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and action plans to meet the target
- Provide weekly/monthly report to superiors
SKILLS
- Strong decision making abilities
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to understand what motivates customers to purchase and how to tap into their needs and desiress effectively
- Familiarity with CRM
EXPERIENCE
- B-to-B sales experience
- Experience in leadership sales
- Track record of superior performance metrics
EDUCATION:
