NATURE OF THE JOB
- Basic Purpose & Objective of the Position: Provide a general summary of work performed, including major overall end results and the key means by which the end results are achieved. Give an idea of the general nature, purpose, and levels of kill and responsibility found in the position.
- Developing customer leads and defining opportunities;
- Work with application engineers/managers to present MNC solutions to customers;
- Developing new industrial customers;
- Nurturing and maintaining customer relation and improve customer satisfaction;
- Pursue business opportunities and win deals;
- Principal Accountabilities: Summarize the main duties and responsibilities of this job. Indicate essential job functions with an asterisk (*). Assign the percentage of time spent on the duty or task relative to total work time (5% minimum per duty). Percentages should total no more than 100%.
- Develop customer leads through call center, shows, conference and all channels and define opportunities and make a sales plan to follow;
- Work with application engineers/managers to present MNC solutions to industrial customers;
- Develop new industrial customers in China region;
- Nurture and maintain customer relation and improve customer satisfaction;
- Pursue business opportunities and win deals to achieve sales target.
- Post-sales support coordination
- Knowledge & Skills: Describe the minimum proficiencies, technical skills, training, education and/or experience required to perform this job competently.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering
- Ability to find out the right persons in customers and communicate with them.
- Ability to define the opportunities for MNC with regard to product, pricing and support required.
- Ability to present MNC proposals and quotations.
- Skills for business negotiation.
- Internal Communication ability.
