Vacuum technology / valve sales background
COMPANY: Multinational, global company is the leading global developer, manufacturer and supplier of high-performance high-end vacuum valves… and related services. European HQ, production facilities in Switzerland, Malaysia, Taiwan, and service and sales centers worldwide. Products and services are mainly used in semiconductor, display and solar panel manufacturing as well as in a wide range of industry and research applications. Segments are Valves, Global Services and Industry.
Global Services teams based in the USA, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Germany and Switzerland.
Services include training, equipment repair and overhaul, valve upgrade, (i.e. retrofits), replacement of gates for transfer valves and provision of genuine spares and consumables. The teams provide these services either onsite or offsite at our global service centers based on our customers’ requirements.

Title: GSE Sales Manager
Location: S.Korea
(Office in Mogok-gil, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do)
Responsibility: To operate and manage the Sales function of GSE BU
Reports to: GM, Korea
Direct Report: Account Sales
Responsibilities:
• Ensure complete implementation of business-wide service strategies.
• Ensure that the technical service functions work effectively and that the activities of the functions are performed according to departments and company goals.
• Process customer estimates, orders, and order confirmations accurately within an agreed period.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are adequately managed, resolved within an agreed time and terminated.
• Implement a marketing strategy to develop annual and gross profit plan
• Proactively promote and manage the continuous improvement process of customer service standards during telephone inquiries and order processing.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s and above degree in technology field or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant sales work experience.
- Demonstrated maturity and leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in the semiconductor, FPD, and PV industry, prefer sub-system experience
- Good verbal and written skills in Korean and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and complexity.
- Ability to integrate technical and marketing concepts, prefer vacuum valves
- Solid sales performance in past experience
