TITLE: Advanced Senior Service Specialist (Service Group Business Analyst) - Shanghai, China
COMPANY: This famous multinational, global company engages in the design, manufacture, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits. Main clients are INTEL and SMIC.
REPORTS TO: CSBG GM, China
LOCATION: China (Shanghai, Pudong)
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
Gather requirements, and proposes strategies to monitor results and test outcomes. Analyses business data, market share, business targets and current performance. Identify solutions to provide better business. Keeps close communication with clients to better understand their needs and requirements.
Analyzes and interprets data and business intelligence reports.
Closely work with Sales and Marketing to create up-sale and after-sale opportunities and business development. Defining business opportunities and objectives Identifying stakeholders Gathering requirements.
- At least 5+ Years experience in service related to semiconductor fabrication and Equipment OEM manufacturing environment.
- Preferred experience in equipment supplier companies whose customers are in semiconductor industry like INTEL or SMIC.
- Ideally you worked in the past for INTEL or SMIC previously but not currently in your last job or other major semiconductor companies.
- Chinese and English language are required.
Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business with sustained results. High level of customer interfacing skills and able to meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a global team.
