This MNC is a global provider of instruments, subsystems and process control solutions that measure, control, power, monitor and analyze critical parameters of advanced manufacturing processes to improve process performance and productivity. This BU manufactures high performance optical components and subassemblies for broad variety of applications including high power cutting lasers.
We have open job opportunity for a passionate Sr. HR Manager who will partner with business leaders to develop, implement and execute HR strategies at Multinational company (MNC) in Bucharest Romania.
Main requirements: talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, change management, employee relations, employee engagement and internal communication.
Required an excellent understanding of local labor legislation and collaborative approach when developing and implementing new HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives.

Job Description:
- Translate business priorities into HR processes and local/global initiatives to support MNC ambitious growth
- Lead and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process (from workforce planning to contract signature and beyond)
- Supporting and training managers to oversee and ensure compliance to the annual performance & compensation management process
- Proactively identify employee development needs to support the business
- Manage employee relations, such as mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive working environment and support management by providing counsel and advice
- Work with the corporate compensation and benefits group to implement MNC wage and benefits policies
- Reviews Internal Regulation to comply with labor legislation, and organizational goals
Required experience:
- Proven track record as an HR Manager within a production or industrial environment, or similar
- A solid understanding of and active part in the full HR lifecycle of our employees
- Experience in planning and implementing organizational changes and handling complex change management processes
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in Romanian and English (other languages are a plus)
- Possess a high diplomatic and professional attitude towards managing interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels having a strong ethic attitude
- Experience in working across all levels of an organization
- Sound understanding of workplace investigations, conflict management, grievances and disciplinary actions while considering the best interest of the organization
