This MNC is a global provider of instruments, subsystems and process control solutions that measure, control, power, monitor and analyze critical parameters of advanced manufacturing processes to improve process performance and productivity.
JOB SUMMARY
MNC has an opening for a HR Manager to support the manufacturing and engineering operations within the Shenzhen facility. This has responsibility for all facets of HR of a manufacturing facility, including, but not limited to recruitment, Compensation & Bennefits administration, safety, employee relations and administrative oversight of MNC’s Shenzhen operation.

Knowledge: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (i.e., dept/peer review).
Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance and coordinate activities of other personnel.
Experience & Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of related experience.

Primary Responsibility:
- To support Senior HR manager in country HR management system integration and development.
- Review current C&B policies and processes, identify opportunity for simplification and alignment, initiate and deliver change projects
- Analyze gaps in human resources management system, initiate and deliver projects to support of MNC business strategy and development in China
- Work as HR business partner to provide advices and solutions to business
- Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
- Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives. Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
Experience & Education:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of related experience.
- Have hands-on experiences developing and implementing C&B system, process and procedures
- Have good understanding of the various functions within HR
- Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in China
- Systematic, have strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problem
- High integrity, good team player with a strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and proactive mindset, strong influencing, facilitating and coaching skills
- Project management experiences.
