Sr. Mechanical Engineer / Manager

Company:
A solid US based, multinational public company designs, manufactures, markets semiconductor wafer processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits.

Responsibility:

• Mechanical 3D Parts Design, Module Design and 2D Engineering Drawing drafting.
• Work with electrical, software, platform and RF group to develop/deliver workable, reliable system
• PLM through company system, including CIP, DCO/ECO, BOM maintaining and updating.
• Perform function simulations, including mechanical, thermal and flow etc. Plan and act module Test and report test results.
• Prepare design review material, compile engineer specifications and support system engineer creating system document such as installation procedure and operation manuals.
• Develop parts manufacturing process, test procedure & SPEC and acceptance criteria together with suppliers.
• Hands on modules assembling and guide MFG creating installation SOP, especially for 1st article design.

 
Qualification:

• Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years semiconductor equipment design experience
• Solid foundation in the fields of motion machinery and drive, vacuum system, gas and liquid transport system, heating and cooling system, structure analysis, machinery manufacturing and processing
• Proficient in using Solidworks, AutoCAD and other drawing software
• Able to use FEA software to assist in development and design
• Familiar with product development process, and mastered Agile and other product development process control software
• Problem solving and innovation ability, positive working attitude
• Teamwork spirit and good communication skills
• Able to travel
