JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Country GM
Products: LASERS (Femtosecond Laser / Picosecond Lasers for micro-machining in manufacturing environment / Ultrafast lasers for multi-photon imaging…)
Market: Han’s Laser and other companies
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for directing a major part of the organization’s sales activity at a major/strategic account. This activity has significant impact on the long-term success of the company. Develop comprehensive Sales performance metrics, accountability processes, and systems to maximize and grow company revenue and margins. Actively contribute to the Sales Management team’s strategic planning process. Prepares sales metrics and is responsible for reporting.
Scope: Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations’ effective achievement of objectives.
Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Discretion: Erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, division or company operations.
Interaction: Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers internally and externally. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.

Key Account Primary Responsibilities - Day to Day
- Manage the key account’s sales plan for MNC. Optimize new opportunities through account penetration plan to increase market share and increase revenue in the key customer account
- Provide key account product roadmap ideas/requests
- Provide sales forecasts as requested to achieve the plan, and justify the inputs based on facts and business drivers for the account and MNC to win.
- Win individual project orders for MNC through effective account penetration plan
- Manage all key relationships within the account…. Including roles such as decision makers, influencers, and coaches
- Provide periodic account status reports to Senior Sales and Marketing Management
- Manage account receivables

- Technical degree required. Preferred Engineering or Physics. Master’s degree in Business preferred.
- 5+ years of Laser, Laser Micromachining and Laser Processing
- Requires a high degree of independent, logical and creative thinking toward successful new bundled high tech sales.
- Excellent people skills, strong drive to succeed and a team player.
- Requires well-developed personal computer skills, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes.
- Excellent organization skills and follow-through.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven “new business” development track record.
- Proven track record of continuous quota attainment.
- Very focused on goal attainment.
- Fluent English and Chinese language
