JOB DESCRIPTION
For a professional with a solid technical background, management skills, excellent communication skills and use of English language. Being able to manage teams for Laser, Optics, Photonics, Optoelectronics, Electronics, Motion Control, Analytical Instruments vacuum technology and other products - in China and Singapore.
Reports to: Sr. Director of Global Service Operations
Responsible for: 3 teams / total 36 members
Instruments: 1 Service Supervisor + 14 Team Members
Laser repair center: 1 Service Supervisor + 14 Team Members
Instruments: 1 Service Manager + 5 Team member in Singapore
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing and managing China field service and in-house repair service operations.

Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing and managing China field service and in-house repair service operations.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Repair Service Department.
- Maintains cost, quality and schedule requirements.
- Ensures procedures and methods are followed same as for all Service Depots on a worldwide basis.
- Provides on-going management of Lean Program.
- Manages parts availability and parts usage.
- Maintains customer contact and feedback to ensure efficient operation.
- Ensures adequate phone coverage for customer support.
- Ensures timely billings and response to customer inquiries.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements:
- 10 years work experience for Repair service management in Semi/Laser industry.
- Good communications and presentation skills (English and Mandarin)
- Strong Management experience
- Confident and self-motivated, ability of leveraging the resources to achieve target.
