We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Singapore to focus on executing the regional talent acquisition operations and developing efficient hiring channels, programs & practices across the SEA region. This role will report to the Senior HR Manger, CoE Asia with a dotted line to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Singapore to focus on executing the regional talent acquisition operations and developing efficient hiring channels, programs & practices across the SEA region. This role will report to the Senior HR Manger, CoE Asia with a dotted line to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end talent acquisition process to fill job openings and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Establish strong relations with educational institutions to engage and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events for talent pipeline building
- Optimize various recruiting channels, e.g. social media, online recruiting platforms, job board, networking, referrals to enhance hiring efficiency
- Support regional employer branding activities to increase company visibility and boost talent attraction
- Engage and network in a broad community of regional and global talent acquisition team for continuous improvement and exposure to new ideas
Requirements:
- University degree with 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced high technology company
- Capable of effectively managing recruitment life cycle, managing stakeholder expectations, communications and relationships.
- Strong sourcing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at any one time
- Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
